What Training do I need to do?
It can be very confusing trying to work out what training is required for each of the many roles available in Scouting. The definitive answer is in Table 2 of the Appointments Chapter in POR. You can have a read here POR Table 2 Appointments
I've taken that huge table, removed the roles that aren't available in Scotland and broken the rest down into to more manageable sections and created the PDF's below. These can be used as a reference guide for training requirements, approval process, line manger, PVG requirement etc. I may have missed some roles and it should only be used as a guide, always refer back to POR if you are unsure. If you spot an error or update let me know and I can refresh the PDF's.
